COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Do not cook from frozen.

GRILL:

Preheat a grill to medium-high. Remove steaks from sealed pouch and grill for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 8 more minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer. Let rest for 1 minute before serving. For crispy bacon, sear the sides first.

SEAR ROAST:

Preheat large nonstick pan over medium heat and preheat oven to 350°F. Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place on nonstick pan and brown for 1 minute. Flip and brown for 1 more minute. Place steaks on sheet pan and put in oven on the middle rack for 19-20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer. Let rest for 1 minute before serving. For crispy bacon, sear the sides first.

Oven:

Preheat oven to 500°F (475°F for convection oven). Remove steaks from sealed pouch and place on sheet pan. Put in oven on the middle rack for 16 minutes, or until steaks reach an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer. Let rest for 1 minute before serving. For crispy bacon, sear the insides first.
