Cooking Instructions
To Grill: Cook frozen hamburger on grill over white hot coals until juices come through.Turn hamburger and cook second side until cooked to 160°F.
To Fry: Place frozen hamburger in preheated frying pan and cook first side until juices come through. Turn hamburger and cook second side until cooked to 160°F.
To Broil: Cook frozen hamburger in preheated broiler on first side until brown.Turn and cook on second side until cooked to 160°F.
RECIPE
Cucumber, Red Onion & Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Cucumber (sliced round and seeds removed)
- 1/2 of a Small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Avocado (diced)
- 1-2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (roughly chopped)
- Juice of one Lime
- Sea Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix together in a bowl.
Top with all the other ingredients except the lime, which should be added and combined just before serving.
