Cooking Instructions
To Grill: Cook frozen hamburger on grill over white hot coals until juices come through.Turn hamburger and cook second side until cooked to 160°F.
To Fry: Place frozen hamburger in preheated frying pan and cook first side until juices come through. Turn hamburger and cook second side until cooked to 160°F.
To Broil: Cook frozen hamburger in preheated broiler on first side until brown. Turn and cook on second side until cooked to 160°F.
RECIPE
Green Beans with Bacon and Onions
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Fresh or Frozen Trimmed Green Beans
- ½ lb. Bacon, sliced
- 4 Garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 large Shallot or small White Onion, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
If utilizing frozen green beans, boil for 8 minutes prior to starting recipe to thaw and soften. If using fresh green beans, prepare as follows: first trim green bean ends. Prepare bacon: arrange bacon in a deep skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp, turning once, about 5 minutes total. Remove bacon from skillet, slice into small pieces, and set aside. Add onion and/or shallot and garlic to the skillet and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Return green beans and bacon to pan and saute for 2 minutes to coat with onion and garlic mixture. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
